• Communication improvement and development
• Create brand guidelines
• Set up a tracking and reporting system to measure all our communications automotive division
• Preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward customer (Presentation of each areas BU, Sub-holding, PCC, Products, Regions – to have standards ones)
• Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices (brochures, handbooks and promotional items)
• Oversee all internal and external communications for a company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
• Social media channel communication (various marketing, advertising materials, web pages, blogs, press releases, newsletters)
• Web site management and content development – tech.social media managing (LinkedIN, Marklines, HIS, etc.)
• Conferences and events preparations (stands, promo material, presents)
• Coach and assist team members on improving communication skill
• Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster company culture and employee moral
• Create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products
• Collaborate with other teams to identify the public voice of the brand
• Consult with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
• Develop and evaluate ways to collect data including opinion polls, questionnaires, and surveys
