Lean Engineer

• He/She directs workshops for reducing waste at workplaces, reducing costs, optimizing production and administrative processes
• He/She is responsible for the introduction of new methods of industrial engineering and their use in practice (5S, Visual Management, SMED, TPM, Poka-Yoke, VSM, teamwork, etc.)
• Responsible for Cost Saving and Lean Management
• He/She is responsible for the coordination of activities in the area of reducing waste at workplaces, reducing costs, optimizing production and administrative processes
• Responsible for monitoring development and visualization of teamwork
• Responsible for planning and implementing work standards
• He/She is responsible for recording the status of project implementation
• He/She is responsible for recording the status of implementation of corrective measures
• He/She is responsible for the functioning of the improvement movement
