Quality Engineer

Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • QMS Auditing and responsible for improvement of product quality
  • Improvement of all commodities of PCC and monitor the compliance with quality standards and requirements of certification
  • Request of 5PB reports in case of claims, its analysis and information of the respective CPE in a technical case under his responsability
  • Request, analysis and conclusion of FTT reports of all commodities of PCC for a frequent reporting and improvement of the respective product quality
  • Execution of deviation analysis with available tools (8D Report, FMEA, etc.) including the Proposal of containment actions and preparation of actions for process improvement
  • Creating and modifying QMS related documentation
  • Support of the BUs in any case of a claim with focus on improvement of the product quality (lessons learned)
  • Support his supervisor/manager in build up the department
  • Support of the product engineers in any case of quality issue
  • Perform and attend internal Audits
