We are looking for a coordinator for the People team, who will oversee various projects related to the People theme.
They will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen People practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes. The new member of team will work closely with the Head of People and UNIQA Group People international team members to ensure the smooth delivery of key People processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute People projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Cooperate and support to local People team.
  • Cooperate with international Group People & Brand
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of People and colleagues in team People.
  • Report on project progress and status.

From 2 000 EUR/monthbase salary from EUR 2 000 gross / per month / depending on the language skills and seniority of the candidate, paid guaranteed 14 times per year + variable components up to EUR 160 per month.

Person Specification Essential:
• Strong background in project management in Human Resources, with a passion for driving change and improving processes.
• Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
• Analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Familiar with generative AI-tools for data analysis, Power – BI or a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a multicultural environment.
• German is advantage.
• Mastering MS Excel at an excellent level.
• Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
