The position is based in Slovak Republic. Applicants must have a place of work in Slovakia.

This is our challenge for you

• Facilitate PI Planning
• Support Iteration Execution - facilitate team events, work within the ART’s cadence, collaborate with the PO, facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
• Measure, optimize and improve the team’s flow of work.
• Build High-Performing Teams - foster and support Agile Team attributes, encourage high-performing team dynamics, serve as a Lean-Agile Leader, foster collaboration on the team, act as a Team Coach .
• Improve ART Performance - facilitate cross-team collaboration, build trust with stakeholders, coach the IP Iteration, help the team inspect & adapt, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, resolve team conflicts, develop team skillsets.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and align organizational Agile initiatives.
• Guide ART team in accordance to SAFe/Scrum practices and values.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Remove obstacles or blockers that hinder the Scrum team's progress.
• Act as a servant leader by coaching and mentoring teams on agile principles, methodologies, and modern technology practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
• Keep track of industry trends, new technologies and best practices and advocate for their adoption within organizations (collaborating with new way of working group + others Value Trains within organization).
• Support complex agile release processes and ensure effective coordination and synchronization within the Agile Release Train (advanced Jira know-how, incident management).

2 500 EUR/monthSalary from 2500 EUR, 13th and 14th salary

UNIQA Group Service Center Slovakia, spol. s r.o., je dcérskou spoločnosťou rakúskeho poisťovacieho koncernu UNIQA Group Austria. Firma sa člení na úseky Software Service (SWS), Cross-Border Service (CBS) a Back Office Service (BOS).

Prioritnou činnosťou úseku SWS je vývoj a údržba softvéru pre komerčné poisťovne patriace do skupiny UNIQA. Koncentruje sa najmä na systém INAS, ktorý je určený pre správu portfólia poistných produktov, poistných zmlúv a poistných udalostí, klientských, partnerských a účtovných údajov.
