Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you will be responsible for recruitment projects in Central Europe within the Experienced Hires area, your main regional focus will be Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Scope of role:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent, overseeing the end to end recruitment process (kick-off, CV screening, Phone Interviews, Offers etc.) of Experienced Hires Positions
  • Interviews: Assessing and selecting the best possible talent by utilizing innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximize the right recruiting decisions
  • Owning end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience
  • Communicate the TA strategy to key business stakeholders
  • Upskilling line managers to ensure increased accountability for recruitment
  • Additional projects (Employer Branding, Upskilling, Workshops or other)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience


Personality requirements and skills

  • University Degree (MA/BA), ideally with focus on HR
  • Experience in recruitment (min. 2 years)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel, experience with Work Day and Avature beneficial
  • Fluent in English & Slovakian & Hungarian
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution oriented + hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively, developing new skills and knowledge.
