This specialized, innovative, and state of the art center of technological resources will drive data and digital capabilities and solutions across Takeda. The Center will be home to approximately 300 change agents, organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.

The Opportunity
As an SAP Security Engineer, you'll ensure security and authorization services are provided for the ERP Integration projects and other initiatives in time with expected high level of quality and high degree of customer satisfaction. You will drive the security and authorization of service operations by monitoring, advising, and bringing expertise in defining service management for ERP support in area of security and authorization.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for designing, developing, troubleshooting, reviewing, deploying, and maintaining ERP Security and Authorization services.
• Ensure all Security and Authorization deliverables are aligned to the BPR (Business Process Redesign) program [global template standards] with regards to an aligned and streamlined role development execution; ensuring that security and authorization standards are followed.
• Execute necessary requirements to ensure that the ERP environment delivers high-quality user experiences and security and authorization services on a consistent and supportable global platform.
• Support product developments ensure all security and authorization deliverables are in alignment with the release management planning and Country deployments whilst guarding the technical architecture and landscape management.
• Drive the development of the product services in areas of accountability by monitoring, advising, and bringing expertise in service management to ensure that Product Services is acting more agile, product centric and providing service excellence.
• Participate in the execution and deployment of continuous improvements for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure that IT Service Management for Delivery Service meet the Service Level Agreements agreed with the stakeholders.
• Ensure that the IT environment meets all applicable regulatory, quality, legal, and compliance requirements - including licensing of software and data protection acts (DPA, GDPR, etc.).
• Ensure all development is delivered in accordance with all applicable compliance requirements, e.g. JSOX, GxP.

• Solution expertise in multiple SAP solution areas.
• Security and Authorization experience, including role design, development, assignment, and delivery for full lifecycle implementations for major application implementation; from project initiation till handover to operations.
• Capable of understanding and designing of the security and authorization solution from requirements gathering, technical design through to role creation and assignment level and promoting up through the SAP landscape ensuring compliance to all deployment and regulatory standards.
• Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
• Data Management – ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact-based decisions.
• Analytical Skills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
• Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
