Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main objective of this role is to support Finance Systems team and business finance organizations Data strategy through data visualization, dashboards, and BI reporting fostering business users with real-time decision making.
• Lead the designing of aesthetically appealing and informative visualizations through the collection of business requirements and user stories for internal or external stakeholders enabling actionable insights.
• Collaborate with development teams and data scientists to build front-end UX solution operationizing the advanced statistics and analytics models for various business processes.
• Conceptualize, design, and develop interactive data visualizations that make complex data more accessible, understandable for advocates.
• Rapidly define, design, construct, test and maintain interactive visualizations or reports as well as resolve data related issues and conflicts.
• Develop rich interactive visualizations that are intuitive, easy to use, and understand.
• Expertise in building complex reports and dashboards in Cognos Analytics with TM1 OLAP as a data source.
• Ensure high adoption rate of the data visualization tools by focusing on usability of solutions, user experience, data integrity, user training and go-live support.
• Develop standards and best practices for data visualization. Prepare, blend, and cleanse data from multiple sources to design extracts for optimal use with Cognos Analytics.
• Be a key contributor to communities of interest in visualization and analytics. Train, coach, and support Business by providing insight and expertise to the communities of interest in visualization and analytics Intelligence users.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Bachelors’ Degree, from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong data visualization capabilities, including at least 3 years of experience Cognos 11 BI, Business Intelligence Reports, TM1 OLAP solutions and designing and analyzing business and technical models. Installation, Configuration, Developing Reports and Content administration.
• At least 2 years of experience working in cross-functional team and collaborating with business stakeholders in support of departmental and/or multi-departmental analytics initiatives.
• Strong ability to format (UI/UX) your visualizations and dashboards for maximum impact.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Databricks, or Python. (Preferred)
• Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies (Preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
• Strong experience developing and shaping data with SQL.
