Solution Delivery Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Understand products and services available to offer our clients
• Understand client’s requests and is able to clarify it with the sales team and/or client directly
• Suggest a solution or solution alternatives based on a client’s requests
• Consult and explain benefits and limitations of suggested solution alternatives, help clients to adjust or modify their requirements to meet an optimal target
• Translate business needs into business requirement documents
• Preparation of inputs/information needed for client’s offer including effort estimates, solution description and assumptions, based on inputs from other teams
• Presenting solution design, functionalities and features to clients
• Manage changes/projects up to 20 MDs, with focus on delivering the results within agreed costs and timeline
• Be the liaison among sales team, technology teams, test team and support teams
• Interface directly with banks, third parties, sales team, vendors and other internal departments to ensure adherence to established policies, practices and timeframes
• Preparation of manuals and training materials
• Perform additional job duties as required
