Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Check all inputs for accuracy and completeness (including supporting documents). In case the required data from our partners is missing
• Check the quality of input data in the boarding system
• Verifycation of Anti-money-loundering and knows customer details (statutory representatives and owners), as well as verifies of the merchant's registration data
• Contact merchants in case of missing Anti-money-loundering documents or other necessary documents
• Maintain a database of traders with all necessary data. For example: Daily calculation of specific business fees (flat rates, etc.)
• Entry of e-commerce clients into the payment gateway systems. Access of POS Terminal clients to POS devices
• Reporting for sales regarding onboarding performance (time, number of new merchants)
• Partner support for various requirements regarding boarding and applications
• Fee changes based on requests from merchants/partners
• Provide security features for e-commerce merchants

Wage (gross)

1 300 EUR/monthThe final offer will be agreed with regard to your experience.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Economical is preferred

Language skills

Romanian - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Previous 1-2 years of experience as administrative support Advantage
• Knowledge of the English and Romanian language is a must
