Managing smaller production area team with aim to produce safely and on time a product that complies with quality standards, in line with cost requirements.

  • Leading area production teams and supporting line leader in team managing,
  • Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully and with care, influencing people in the right way,
  • Excellent communication verbal and written, organization skills, good attention to detail,
  • Responsibility for the quality and safety of the product at the various stages of the production process in accordance with applicable requirements
  • Coordination of new joiners on-boarding, introduction of tasks and responsibilities, carrying out on-the-job instruction, commissioning and verifying all required trainings to start the work on position
  • Settlement of working time. Co-creating/communicating work schedules to the team, considering the production plan and plant needs.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 1240 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance.
