• Ensuring reliable performance of work in accordance with on-the-job instructions, current instructions applicable in the plant, procedures, considering awareness, respect and compliance with the health and safety and LOTO requirements applicable at the workplace.
• Ensuring the right team to carry out tasks (including reporting and establishing recruitment needs with the supervisor, recruiting, training, developing both MDLZ and agency employees).
• Ensuring product production in accordance with the production schedule while maintaining quality and cost standards by coordinating work in the subordinate area and supervising the technological process.
• Full own involvement and building team/employees involvement in the continuous improvement approach for the area as well as losses, quality defects, accidents reduction
• Responsibility for the own safety and subordinate employees safety by ensuring safe working conditions, efficiency of machinery and equipment in the area and effective implementation of programs promoting and improving safety. Co-responsibility for the implementation of security policy.
