Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve highest compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead a small team of technicians within maintaining production equipment on the production lines.
  • Report findings to Technical Lead Supervisor and Asset Reliability manager and follow up on repairs which are required.
  • Ensure work safety and work environment is following local and company’s norms and guidelines.
  • Manage corrective and preventive tasks execution including development of the preventive maintenance program.
  • Implement analytical tools within the maintenance program.
  • Obtain expertise in key technologies.
  • Help the line/s leaders to deliver the SQCDSM targets of the lines as well as the targets assigned.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves.
  • Be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of "bottlenecks" and proper break-down analysis and M&R cost reduction for the line/s.
  • Own the PM systems and work processes and the PM KPIs and KAIs for the line/s along with centerline Management systems; owns the M&R budget of the line.
  • Spend at least 50% of the time on the floor, coaching and training technicians and helping them in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and building preventive measure to avoid repeated.
  • Eradicate chronical losses and equipment weaknesses.
  • Provide technical and methodological coaching to core team.
  • Participate on projects implementation (new equipment, technology, CAPEX) as team member.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
  • Fluent or intermediate knowledge of English & Slovak language.
  • Strong operational & manufacturing experience at maintenance department.
  • Knowledge of SAP (at least as a user).
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building.
