We have many years of business experience and we could built up special capabilities and skills in area of Techno-Finance, data, systems, digitization and tools. You will:

  • Work with the business and technical stakeholders to ensure a proper definition of the requirements, supporting the business teams in the understanding the dataset handled by the financial system and ensure its consistency across the multiple dataflows
  • Be the first point of contact for the FP&A stakeholder in case of new implementation projects and be responsible for the requirement collection and the go-to person for the regional COEs in case guidance on the activities is required or if any escalations are needed
  • Act as bridge between Finance users and developers
  • Ensure an effective reporting of the activity status across the System Admin teams leading in particular the weekly status calls and KPI collection
  • Produce data analysis for ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations during the projects or in case of bug fixing
  • Fulfill the administrative duties around documentation, tracking sheets
  • Approve all the delegated activities in the system (including but not limited to: alternate hierarchy creation, test environment data refresh)
  • Coordinate the preparation of project plan in case of data restatement or cross regional projects
  • Work closely with the Sr Mgr FP&A systems and IT stakeholders in driving harmonization and governance around the financial system tools
  • Work closely in particular with the AMEA, LA and NA Genpact COEs

Job specific requirements:
  • Degree in BA / Economics or IT/Engineering
  • Min. 4 years in Finance roles, particularly in FP&A, Controlling or in IS-Finance functions
  • Understanding business processes on the back of strong affinity to systems/technical background
  • Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders and teams
  • Good knowledge of major Finance processes particularly in area of planning and reporting
  • Technical expertise in FP&A including data structuring/validation, analyzing;
  • Preferable knowledge of Oracle EPM/Essbase (Hyperion) or past experience in similar financial planning tools
  • Fluency in English
