Job description, responsibilities and duties
Solution Delivery Expert – Logops will be the process and system expert in Logistic Operations area. The role will be responsible to lead in the end-to-end project delivery cycle from Transportation Management perspective from scope definition, build, delivery, and deployment of those capabilties. The position is accountable for ensuring all project activities in their area are on track, within cost and delivering the benefits. The role will also drive applying and leveraging the existing processes and systems.
Main responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 Expertise in Logistic Operations process design and implementation at application level (Functional design template owner)
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements for implementation of Logistic Operations projects and translating those into technical requirements and design
- Execute and support full project lifecycle including blueprint, build, testing, implementation, user training and provide after go-live support as Application Functional role in a project team
- Deploy best practice including Initiatives Delivery Methodologies
- Implement new solutions as per the architecture designed by Global Solution Owner, enterprise architects and solution architects, ensuring that new solution is cost optimized and easy to maintain
- Support non-discretionary projects leveraging an external partner strategy
- Provides project planning and estimates to develop, implement and roll out of pilot and commercialized advanced solutions in Logistic Operations
- Ensure adoption of the globally harmonized processes, ways of working and strategic solutions within the Logops space

- Knowledge of Sales and Distributions and Logistic Operations (Transportation) of fast moving retails business processes
- Good understanding of Logops tools, architecture, functions and features
- Practical knowledge of OTM system and SAP
- Familiar with Project and Program Management methodologies
- Business acumen and very good understanding of Vendor Management to support governance processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical audience
- Willingness to work in international structures within cross-cultural environment, dealing with different time zones, flexible working hours and several business travels (up to 30% of time)
