Project Manager will support the execution of Information Business Services (IBS) projects, in example: Migration, Transformation or Continuous Improvement. The position will partner with IBS Service Lines, Functions/Business and Business Partner Operations (BPO) to enable delivery of projects to support the IBS strategy and Mondelēz drive for growth, following our proven best practice methodologies and strong governance frameworks. You have the ability to engage with and influence business leaders whilst balancing the competing deadlines. Highly solutions focused with the ability to foresee and manage potential process hurdles will set this individual up for success.

Possible locations: Bratislava/Bournville

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage projects of Migrations, Transformation or Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Lead teams through the lifecycle of the project from initiating through to delivery and finalizing business case
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Drive consistency and quality in executions in all projects following the IBS methodologies
  • Manage project risks and issues, effectively communicate mitigation plans and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Partner effectively and establish ways of working with IBS work streams, HR, IT, Compliance & Control, and other functions at sending organization and receiving centers/BPOs to ensure success of IBS programs
  • Engage as appropriate with Region/Country function leadership to drive alignment and develop an agreed-upon roadmap
  • Manage multiple waves of a project or different projects concurrently
  • Establish and administer governance for all projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within Shared Service structures (Operations, Migrations, Transformations, Continuous Improvement)
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, IT or other related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of Project Management Professional or IL6S qualifications will be a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to cooperate with different stakeholders
  • Highly developed problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Very good leadership and people management abilities
  • Willingness to work in international structures within virtual team and several business travels (about 10 - 25 % of time, depending on project)
  • English language on advanced level
