Role overview
The role is accountable to manage and co-ordinate the overall product costing activities for Bakery cost as well as overseeing Meals stand-alone category providing the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Finance function with a centrally managed service analyzing the overall COGS.
The manager is the owner of overall planning, actual reporting and analysis, providing business outlook to support decision making on pricing, or product profitability. The role connects category Area controlling, ISC Finance (Procurement, Manufacturing, CS&L) and regional FP&A.
The manager ensures adherence to all applicable policies, procedures and standards and alignment with local requirements, European as well as global ways of working.
This role operates in a complex matrix environment which involves people from different countries within Europe as well as Finance teams based in Centre of Excellence in Bratislava (Manufacturing Controllers, Plant Section Controllers, CS&L Controllers, Procurement Controllers and Commodity) and dealing with multiple currencies.

Required:
Preferred:
- 8+ years of functional experience in costing, accounting and financial and business controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Comprehensive understanding of product costing in a manufacturing environment
- Proven stakeholder management record
- Ability to work with different systems (SAP, BI, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Fluent English
- University degree or equivalent, preferable in Finance
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of product costing methodology in SAP
- Part / Fully qualified CIMA or ACCA
- Other European languages.
