Role overview

• Support IT Internal controls risk assessment and design of scope and plan for IT Deep Dives.
• Coordinate scoping and planning of IT Deep Dives with IC IT CSA and Project Testing Manager and IA IS Manager.
• Lead global IT Internal controls Deep Dives and deliver according to IT Deep dives plan.
• Drive continuous improvements in the deep dive process and procedures.
• Cooperates with ITS Leadership on risk and controls improvement initiatives.
• Train, manage and monitor the Genpact IC COE responsible for delivery of IT Deep Dives testing.
• Monitor emerging risks and transformation projects in the company.

Main responsibilities

IT risk assessments:

• Participate in execution of global IT Internal controls risk assessment activity in order to identify key risks and define annual scope and plan for IT Deep Dives

IT Deep Dives:

• Responsible for the Global IC IT Deep Dives program and plan delivery. Manage and oversee teams and resources delivering Global IT Deep Dives. Lead and manage end to end cycle process for MDLZ IT deep dives(planning, execution, reporting).Determine risk-based testing approach to adequately address all significant IT and business risks. Evaluate IT internal controls and procedures to ensure they are adequate to provide accurate financial reporting and to safeguard corporate assets.

IAC Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement:

• Support strategic initiatives within IAC

Manage co-sourcing providers:

• Responsible for oversight of IC COE Genpact services and spend management - for delivery of IT Deep Dives testing (2 FTEs)

Key Business Partners and Stakeholders:

• Responsible for collaboration with ITS Leadership. Ensure that IT deep dives are effectively coordinated with management and that testing results are effectively communicated to senior management.
