Role overview

  • Support IT Internal controls risk assessment and design of scope and plan for IT controls self assessments (CSA) and IT projects SoX testing.
  • Coordinate scoping and planning of IT CSAs and Project Testing with IC IT Deep Dives Manager and IA IS Manager.
  • Lead global IT Control self assessment program and deliver in line with IT CSA plan.
  • Lead global IT projects controls testing for key MDLZ IS projects.
  • Drive continuous improvements in these areas.
  • Cooperates with ITS Leadership on risk and controls improvement initiatives.
  • Train, manage and monitor the Genpact IC COE responsible for execution of IT CSAs and key project testing.
  • Communicate and liaise with external auditors about the project testing results and reliance.
  • Monitor emerging risks and transformation projects in the company.

Main responsibilities

IT risk assessments:
  • Participate in execution of global IT Internal controls risk assessment activity in order to identify key risks and define annual scope and plan for CSAs and Projects testing

IT Control self assessments:
  • Responsible for the Global IT CSA program and plan delivery. Manage and oversee teams and resources delivering Global IT CSA activities. Develpment of CSA questionnaires in order to effectively evaluate IT internal controls and execution of CSA across various IT areas.

IT GCC project testing:
  • Responsible for the Global IT project testing program and plan delivery. Manage and oversee teams and resources delivering Global IT Project testing activities.

IAC Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement:
  • Support strategic initiatives within IAC

Manage co-sourcing providers:
  • Responsible for oversight of IC COE Genpact services and spend management - for delivery of IT CSA and IT projects testing (2 FTEs)

Key Business Partners and Stakeholders:
  • Support communication of results of project testing and reliance discussions with external auditors - PwC
  • Responsible for collaboration with ITS Leadership. Ensure that CSA and project testing activities are effectively coordinated with management and that testing results are effectively communicated to senior management.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Strong Audit and Controls background (6+years)
  • Ability to manage diverse set of stakeholders, ability to deal with ambiguity and to manage conflicts
  • Learning agility to assess emerging risks and execute audits and controls assessments across diverse functional areas
  • Technical expertise to understand key risks and issues within various IT areas
  • Degree in Accounting/ Information Systems/ Big 4 Public Accounting background.
  • IT certifications (CISA)
