Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for coordination, support and validation of HRM section outputs
- Creation, realization and evaluation of HR systems
- Keeping contact with leaders in company for the purpose of identification and development of talented employees
- Support all areas remuneration, salary, allowances, bonuses, education of employees, preparation of employees, analyses of working positions, performance evaluation etc.
- Support creation and update of HR procedures and manuals
- Provides continuous counselling, benchmark, lectures & analysis to top management & employees
- Is internal assessor for AC/DC
