Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Proposing & implementing of Education & Training strategy & future vision
- Responsible for implementation of new educational programs and structures
- Analyzing training needs of individual employees or particular departments
- Preparing training & development activities upon results of training needs
- In close cooperation with HRM, preparing career & developmental plans for talented employees & securing their implementation
- Organizing activities for internalization of company Core Values (Challenge, Customer, Globality, People, Collaboration)
- Taking responsibility for actual organization & evaluation of big variety of training & development activities for employees
- Co-author of an appraisal system and takes part in connecting the system with the
educational system
- Reinforcing local management ability
- Organizing orientation program for Korean expatriates
- Preparing overall reports from training & development activities including statistics
- Planning budget & evaluation of effective spending
- Provides advice to line managers with respect to the development of their subordinates
- Performing as internal lector if necessary
- Selection & evaluation of external training agencies, external lectors
- Creation and participation on different projects like Assessment/Development centers, 360⁰ evaluation, Competency evaluation, etc.
- Implementation of global HR standards into local condition of production environment
- Talent management & successors planning
- Organizing Assesment & development centers
- Participation on creation and update of HR systems – remuneration, evaluation, promotion, awards, KPIs establishment, etc.
- Making reports and analyses for HRM section
- Participation on HR audits
- Joining interviews and data processing in SAP
- Administration of Performance & Competency evaluation
- Organizing fairness committee for employees in disciplinary investigation
- Coordinating activities related to internal and global employees´ satisfaction and engagement surveys
- Covers activities related to corporate culture implementation and maintenance
