How would you spend
your time if you join us?

The role is part time for 20 - 25 hours per week. Working times can be negotiated. Main tasks would involve:

* Supporting the Managing Director and marketing team in office management topics like invoice controlling, cost and travel reporting, general office organization etc.
* Managing HR processes related to employee contracts and payroll
* Organizing recruitment processes. Supporting in screening job applicants through phone calls
* Organizing team building events in Bratislava and Slovakia
* Supporting in developing internal processes around team organization and marketing account set up for clients
* Supporting team in building presentations and slide decks within our company corporate identity

Who Are You?

* 1-2 years minimum previous experience working in admin and/or HR role
* Good interpersonal skills
* Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
* The ability to learn quickly and independently. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks when needed
* Good analytical skills and ability to work quickly with numbers
* Excellent communications skills in English & Slovak both written and oral (German language skills are NOT required)
