Reports to: Head of Service line

Purpose of the job:
Steering and further development of the Customer Care Department located in Kosice

Job content:
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of 50+ employees
• Lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the assigned department
• Exploit business opportunities to grow and develop assigned department
• Drive the transformation and digitalization
• Implementation and further development of Front-End Assistant/Robotics
• Implementation of the Nearshore strategy
• Develop and build internal customer relationships (national/international)
• Take responsibility for understanding client requirements
• Operationally manage daily business and critical situations across department and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients.

The salary for this position is from 2 300 gross. The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy

Experience:
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in the field customer service/care
• Proven track record of success in call center or customer service

Language knowledge:
• English (fluent)
• German (fluent)
• Slovak (fluent)

PC skills:
• MS Office – advanced

Other requirements:
• 3+ years management experience or experience in managing large projects
• Several years of corporate experience across different departments and segments
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills, strong ability to work as part of a team, negotiation skills and decision-making skills
• Build working and management relationships based on trust
• Good understanding of costs
