about the position
• Hire, lead, promote and develop the team• Deliver services/solutions to clients in agreed quality and quantity structure
according agreed contracts and internal KPI
• Monitor and review KPIs with customer (performance and quality)
• Identify process improvement measures and drives their implementattion
• Participate in escalation management
• Set up regular communication channels internally and externally
• Contribute to financial transparency of organization
• Support other projects e.g transitions
• Participate on ICS controls
• Work on other ad-hoc and regular requests/ tasks
The salary for this position is from 1500 EUR gross.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
