As a member of our team, you'll be actively engaged in conducting and analysing internal employee surveys using the online tool Qualtrics. Your responsibilities will include preparing survey results, analysing data, and deriving actionable recommendations for our People department. With a focus on collaboration and proactive problem-solving, you'll have the opportunity to interact with international stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making. We're looking for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive organizational improvement.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
• Working actively on internal, group-wide employee surveys
• Creating and sending surveys in the online survey tool Qualtrics
• Independent preparation of survey results (dashboard) in Qualtrics
• Analysis of employee data and survey results for specific decision-making and for answering relevant questions from the Human Resources/People area
• Strategic and operational implementation, data collection, analysis, presentation, interpretation of internal survey projects as well as derivation of recommendations for action, communication, controlling
• Daily interaction and communication with international stakeholders
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Qualtrics and PowerBI knowledge is an advantage
• Strong affinity for dealing with figures and online survey tools
• Analytical skills – understanding of employee data and interpretation of survey results
• Reliability, initiative, and willingness to take over responsibilities
• Very good English skills (German would be an advantage)
• You enjoy working in a team and have a proactive approach
• Interest in familiarizing yourself with new topics
