We are UNIQA 4WARD, a member of the UNIQA Insurance Group based in Bratislava, established in 2018. Within Slovakia, we are one of three individual entities united under the UNIQA brand. In our role as a competence hub, we create bridges between the headquarters in Vienna and all international business units in the CEE region. We provide expertise in the areas of Actuarial, Compliance, Risk, Security Management, Reinsurance, HR & Brand to other UNIQA companies across Central & Eastern Europe.

Community and social belonging are core values for us. We actively support our employees' volunteering efforts as part of our commitment to giving back to society. Additionally, we have a team of colleagues, the Be4wardclub, focused on driving initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion and Social Responsibility.

We collaborate with the non-profit organization Vlk. All team members are the symbolic owners of a tree in the Čergov Mountains. The tree remains undisturbed in its natural habitat. By symbolically adopting this tree, we help support the expansion of a strictly protected and environmentally valuable area in the Čergov Mountains of eastern Slovakia.
