Your main tasks:
• Develop, Implement, and Enhance: Craft and refine a comprehensive Third-Party Risk Management framework aligned with industry best practices.
• Governance and Standardization: Publish the Third-Party Risk Management Standard and coordinate issuance of applicable Guidelines.
• Risk Identification and Strategy: Identify and analyze third-party risks, contributing to the formulation of an effective risk mitigation strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration among relevant stakeholders involved in third-party due diligence, ensuring comprehensive coverage of their requirements and involvement throughout the Third-Party Risk Management process.
• Process Automation: Design an automated Third-Party Risk Management process workflow and contribute to its implementation in relevant tools
• Monitoring and Reporting: Actively monitor third-party risk portfolios, reporting on potential deviations and conducting dedicated due diligence on critical third parties.
• Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions, workshops, and participate to events to enhance internal awareness of third-party risks and mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support the organization in meeting regulatory requirements through the implementation of appropriate Third-Party Risk Management activities.
• Global Rollout: Extend Third-Party Risk Management process and developed methodologies to all relevant countries within the UNIQA Insurance Group, providing operational support as needed.

Your required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management or similar field within the financial services or insurance sector.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements, particularly related to compliance, cybersecurity and data protection.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in process design and automation, preferably using relevant software tools.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
