As a Security & Resilience Training & Awareness Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, steering, and continuously enhancing our training and awareness programs. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of security consciousness across the organization.

Your main tasks:
• Developing a Resilience Training and Awareness Framework: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive framework aligned with UNIQA's threat environment, security governance, and training requirements. This involves working closely with stakeholders, particularly the People Department and Group Security Subject Matter Experts.
• Identifying and Addressing Human Resilience & Security Risks: Identify critical security risks and associated behaviors that need modification. Develop and maintain an awareness program aimed at effectively changing these behaviors to mitigate risks.
• Promoting Positive Engagement: Create engaging programs that encourage employees to adopt secure behaviors both at work and in their personal lives. The ultimate goal is to ensure consistent security practices across all scenarios and devices.
• Training Needs Analysis and Development: Assess training requirements for various stakeholders and develop, oversee, and refresh security training programs. Provide guidance to stakeholders on the delivery of security education across all UNIQA teams.
• Measuring Effectiveness: Establish metrics to evaluate the efficacy of the security and resilience awareness programs. Utilize these metrics to drive improvements and further refine the training initiatives.
• Phishing Campaign Steering: Lead groupwide phishing campaigns to enhance awareness and preparedness among employees.
• Collaboration with People Department: Work closely with the People Department to select, implement, and maintain security and awareness training modules across different platforms and tools.

Your required skills and qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the field of Security Risk Management, Information Security, Business Continuity Management, Physical Security, Data Protection or similar
• Experience with providing trainings & experience with E-learning platforms
• Fluent English
• Intermediate German strong advantage
• Good communicator with strong customer focus, able to explain complex topics to all audiences, solution oriented, structured, able to create new concepts
