About the job:
UNIQA 4WARD is a growing company, a member of UNIQA Insurance Group, based in Bratislava. We strongly believe that a positive and supportive atmosphere is key for successful and committed working.As an HR & Recruiting Specialist you will be the one who is driving our recruiting activities and taking care of various phases in the employee life cycle.
A day in the life of a HR & Recruiting Specialist:
• You have creative ideas for finding the right candidates and manage recruiting projects independently
• You take care of each stage of the recruitment process and ensure a unique candidate experience by supporting our applicants during the entire process
• You take care of Employer Branding initiatives (eg university cooperation) and internal/external communication (webpage, LinkedIn, ...)
• You are the first contact person for the following phases in the employee life cycle: Onboarding, Learning&Development and Performance Management
Your required skills and qualifications:
• Professional experience in HR, especially in the field of recruiting and employer branding• Excellent English skills, German is a plus
• Experience in active sourcing is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality
• Creativity and pro-active approach
• Structured and organized way of working
• Very good MS Office skills
