About the job:

In your role as Physical Security Risk Manager, you will manage the design, development and deployment of UNIQA'S Group Physical Security Risk and Governance Framework. You will implement the Framework with all UNIQA International entities and assure coordination of the international business units.

A day in the life of a Physical Security Risk Manager:

• As an in-house subject matter expert, you diligently assist with the improvement of Physical Security
• You are a visible internal spokesperson vis-a-vis the OpRisk Management and Real Estate Management
• You keep the Group Physical Security Standards and Guidelines up to date
• You ensure proper positioning of Physical Security Risk assessments in key processes and services and steer relevant internal and external staff for governance execution
• You support implementation of the Physical Security Framework in all Business Units
• You support and cooperate closely with our Business Continuity Manager in the implementation of the Business Continuity Framework
• You act as a backup for our Group Business Continuity Manager
• You are a Subject Matter Expert promoting knowledge sharing, supporting the communities and bringing expertise to the local companies
• You regularly follow-up on open actions and audit recommendations

Your required skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Security, Economics or related field is required
• Educational specialization in Business Continuity Management is an advantage
• Knowledge of current Physical Security technologies
• Experience in incident management, emergency response and crisis management is beneficial
• Successful track record in working for large and diverse international organizations
• High proficiency in English
• 3-5 years of significant, professional experience and a high level of understanding in creation of physical security concepts and the interfaces to other security domains
• Seeing the big picture of security protection concepts and having a sound understanding of an integrated Security Management System
• Understanding of international standards, best practices (ISO27001, ISO 22301, ) and regulatory environment
• High quality analytical skills, management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish relationships across all business areas and act in a consultative manner to identify the security requirements applicable to each business area
