WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
 
• Managing the process of refits and new stores and being responsible for end to end process, budgeting, preparing the timeschedule, managing the project crossfunctionally; Delivering the projects inline with approved financial benefits/consequences (rent delivery, sales impact, etc.)
• Managing the preparation, documentation and permitting process, consulting with local authorities, budget approval, budget control during the construction; orders approval; manage and forecast the spent; final account; post investment review etc.
• Summarizing the scope of work considering the brief, impact on customer, layouts, operation and other streams
• Creating the budget and Business Case (BC)/Capex Investment Appraisal (CIA) input, prepare Property Acquisition Group (PAG)/International Property Meeting (IPM) report incl all attachments;
• Cooperating with Corporate Purchasing on tenders, with design team, maintenance team. Share feedback and be proactive in finding solutions in nonstandard situations. Cooperating with Program manager and keep him/her updated about running project, tracking of key milestones.
• For new store in Acquisition (ACQ) phase preparing the reasonable preliminary estimation based on layout, feasibility study and model costs; work on option and be proactive to find for each project the working solution; propose reduction of specification/costs if project is not working; cover/estimate/highlight the risks connected to the particular store ; manage external partners and other teams to get the best available inputs to cover the potential risks prior the approval/contract signage
• Regularly managing the 'on site construction and delivery' Organize the kick-off meeting, on site technical meetings, lead the agenda, solve the problems and issues immediately, controlling the quality of work
• Managing the communication with suppliers, challenge the timing and technical solutions; managing the general contractor
• Cooperate with TBS (database, build for less etc.)
