WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
 
I balance exceptional delivery for customers on what matters, engaging teams and colleagues, with the needs of the business. I am the expert in 3rd party fulfilment, collaborating with cross-functional departments.
• Being owner of the process established with 3rd party fulfilment suppliers for Online operations
• Maintaining the Online operations equipment model
• Delivering benefits from key projects I lead and manage 3rd party suppliers to achieve benefits.
• Creating and managing budgets effectively and highlight risks and develop opportunities where required.
• Leading the creation and maintenance of supplier contracts, collaborating with the Procurement, Legal and other cross functional teams.
• Managing 3rd party fulfilment suppliers to ensure they adhere to our processes and rules.
• Supporting the CE Online team with implementing changes and projects to deliver the development plan
• Supporting local Operation teams to deliver their KPIs and manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure they meet their KPIs and SLAs.
• Being the final escalation contact for any issues with 3rd party fulfilment supplier performance.
• Collaborating with the Operations Development and other cross functional teams to deliver operational projects using my skills and experience.
• Ensuring all reporting and administration tasks are completed correctly and communicated to relevant stakeholders to agreed timings
• Continuously seeking new and innovative ways to improve the business and reduce operational costs
• Ensuring that leadership teams and stakeholders are aware of current opportunities / threats.
