Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

• Analyse data sets of multiple types (research, behavioural, economic) to generate insight about our customers, competitors and markets that we can act upon.
• Use expertise to produce actionable insight to support our customer growth strategy within a fast-paced environment.
• Cooperates closely with research agencies to ensure high level content is delivered that is in line with research brief and business requirements.
• Collaborate with DH Team on preparing, conducting and turning into insights outcomes of Shopper Thoughts Panels.
• Takes responsibility for delivering Customer Experience insight on a country level.
• Monitors the brand health and image of Tesco vs. local competitors
• Work on developing storytelling to translate research into answers for our stakeholders" business questions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on research briefs, and then lead research projects from beginning to end - ensure these deliver against requirements, and are presented in a way to make the complex simple and land the key messages with impact.
• Pro-actively look for new research techniques to understand customer needs and motivations in partnership with other Tesco teams and our research agencies.
• Manages local research budget.

Personality requirements and skills

• University or Business School degree and min. 3-year experience in independent analytical role
• Experience in Marketing and/or Commercial ideally in Retail environment is an advantage
• Customer centric
• Experience in reporting and data processing
• Understanding of business function
• Good understanding (B1/B2) of English is required
• Drive
• Being able to engage with stakeholders & develop strong collaboration
• Good communicator, able to work with management level & engage management
