- Drive a country SRD agenda by understanding local business needs and priorities, participate on strategical meetings, but also by pro-active discussions with Slovakian business across HO departments and stores.
- Participate on setting up a long term SRD strategy aligned with country priorities and plans as well as with CE and Group SRD
- Participate on building 3-level range change plan for Slovakia, aligning SRD agenda with local business needs and category plans
- Support business KPI’s, focus on driving Sales, improve Cash and Waste targets by providing right quality of space and merchandising
- Lead local Promo display team, participate on trade planning sessions and lead the Promo sign off meetig and participate on store walk arounds
- Lead local Fresh Food display team and provide best in class quality planograms and space for Fresh Food and on time
- Share all local needs and feedbacks from Slovakian business with the SRD team providing support and services for Slovakia from Prague, so the agenda is clear and aligned
- Actively participate on building local SRD Governance agenda, so we have right decision given by Slovakian leadership
- Review competitors to understand market trends and define our opportunities and challenges
- Setup objectives to team members, review progress against it and work with talents on personal development
