I am planning and managing the overall POS process from planning the proper POS formats, briefing the activity (if it is local only) to creative agencies, coordinating the printing with external agencies/printing houses, distributing and communicating the projects to the stores
I am managing local POS team, namely POS Coordinator
I am managing the external agencies and printing houses in order to deliver effective POS campaigns
I am in close cooperation with the CE BTL team through CE Communication Manager
I am supporting and providing POS related briefing and information for the CE Communication Managers
I closely cooperate with local Customer, Product and Retail teams
I am responsible for forecasting and overall POS budget management
I am in close cooperation with Retail so that I understand how my work affects the stores and I can work more effectively
I focus on new creative solutions to improve store communication overall as well as individual concepts/projects
I plan/prepare POS campaigns and ongoing communication in order to deliver on given targets
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
