We have an exciting opportunity for you to work closely with stakeholders across the whole organization and to develop and execute holistic strategy based on value and impact on User Experience. About the Role

As the Digital Adoption Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications, and training.
• Managing the implementation of WalkMe' s digital adoption platform across the company’s digital assets.
• Assessing needs and specific cases, quickly designing impactful and creative solutions, measuring results, and continually drive improvements for optimal outcomes.
• Ensuring that training materials and Digital Adoption content (WalkMe, SharePoint, etc.) is maintained and validated.
• Measuring and evaluating the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business.

About the Team

Our team is enabling CorSo's employees to adopt, learn and navigate our core digital platforms and processes to maximize customer impact, collaboration, and efficiency. We are working across agile teams in the 'Strategic Operations', 'Innovation and Transformation' (CITO) and 'CorSo Tech' units.

This role is opened as a temporary contract for one year, with a possibility to extend the contract.

You are constantly trying to learn, you find joy in creating new solutions and their successful implementation. You have outstanding interpersonal skills, paired with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Essentials:
• A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers, and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities at the same time and carrying out tasks in a timely manner.

Nice to haves:
• Understanding of the insurance industry and technology and ability to develop innovative solutions that address market needs and drive business growth.
• Background in organizational change management or learning & development is a plus.
• WalkMe experience is preferred, although not required.
