FLEXIBLE WORKING TIME OWN THE WAY YOU WORK

After taking into account the business needs of particular role, every employee owns the decision on how, when, and where to carry out tasks. In agreement with the line manager, employees have the flexibility to choose working hours from 6:00 hours to 22:00 hours, split the day or work from home. Overtime hours are compensated or substituted by time off.

Our hybrid concept allows employees balance between working from home and working from the office. Balance between working collaboratively, creatively in the office and working on individual and more focused tasks at home.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT

Swiss Re contributes up to 200EUR/year on the annual ticket in Bratislava as well as to intercity commuters to Bratislava.


VACATION DAYS

All employees receive 5 vacation days in addition to the minimum required by Slovak law.


SICK DAYS AND SICK LEAVE SUPPORT

Employees can take up to 6 sick days per calendar year. Swiss Re tops up the sick leave payments from social insurance up to 100% during first 3 days of sickness (PN).


TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

For those joining us, we make sure that you receive all the necessary preparation and knowledge you need for your new role. We want to enable you to own and drive your personal career growth and development with the active support of your line manager. Growth at Swiss Re can take different forms: it could be enrichment in your current role, exploration of other areas (rotations), or movement into a different role.
