Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Data Analyst, you'll own the analysis of business processes, ensuring they are continually optimised and implemented into innovative solutions. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.


About the team

The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. We are looking for a self-starter who is happy to challenge the status quo of existing processes – aiming towards improving their efficiency and developing the solutions supporting them.


In your role, you will…

• Perform requirements analysis, record and communicate these requirements in an understandable way to the involved parties
• Deliver comprehensive insights and reporting solutions for customers
• Collect insights from data and analyse risks
• Enable sound risk-based decision making
• Create and maintain documentation

• What we need from you
o Data literacy, data modelling, scripting languages, or Business Intelligence tools
o Experience with analysis and data modelling in complex corporate environments
o The ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders effectively – from internal customers to software vendors
o Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
o Excellent oral and written skills in English
o Passion, drive, and a belief in the value of performing business analysis as an enabler of business performance

• Nice-to-have
o A degree in Computer Science or comparable field
o Experience with data engineering
o Experience of working in an Agile organization
