Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of Swiss Re Corso's Digital Market Platform (DMP). You will be co-defining and rolling out new innovative business models with clients and colleagues globally. Your challenge will be to make DMP a strategic asset for CorSo and hence support our growth and diversification goals.

About the Role

DMP is CorSo's proprietary solution which offers embedded and self-servicing insurance solutions for brokers, agents and customers globally. You will be closely working with our Sales and Underwriting teams to identify new opportunities and execute those together with our Tech and Data organization. In addition, you will be leading a small team of highly motivated colleagues.

Key responsibilities

- Define vision and strategy of DMP in cooperation with key stakeholders
- Prioritizing market and feature implementation and lead implementation thereof
- Identify Business and tech requirements and define respective solutions
- Represent DMP to clients and other business partners

About the Team
