In this role you will be part of a centralized Business Management Team that supports our HR leadership team.
As a Senior Business Manager, you will work closely with HR Executive Team member and her leadership team on diversified topics. The initial scope of activities will include the key responsibilities mentioned below, but depending on your capacity and ambitions, the sky is the limit here!
Your key responsibilities are:
• Keep track of HR's risk management landscape and make sure issues and operational events are accurately collected and addressed ensuring HR's operational risks are appropriately managed.
• Oversee financial planning and cost tracking for assigned cost centres.
• Produce presentations that provide insights and analysis to support the HR Leadership Team • Oversee and coordinate the delivery and timeline of Business Management core processes (Quarterly Risk Assessment, Annual Budget Planning, Headcount Planning)
• Support with ad hoc requests and initiatives, including various Group HR processes needing coordination, internal reporting and manage headcount planning.
• Lead activities and tasks specific to the assigned HR Department.

We are a small, dynamic team of 9 people based in Bratislava and Zurich. We support senior HR leaders to run HR as a commercial, compliant, and engaged function. In our mandate, we deal with strategy and planning, financial management, risk and compliance, and community engagement.

• 7+ years' experience in at least one of these areas: Operations management, Consulting, Risk Management, Controlling, Human Resources, Internal Audit, or similar roles.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at a very senior level.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal communication skills across various cultural boundaries.
• Flexibility to adjust prioritizing of workload is essential while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
• Organized and pro-active with excellent prioritization skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, savvy learner of new tools
