Are you ready to be the cornerstone of efficiency and support for our Credit & Surety team?
We're seeking a proactive, motivated individual to join us as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with our Global Head of Credit & Surety, showcasing impeccable communication skills and stakeholder management expertise. Your mission? To provide seamless, professional support in daily operations, fostering an environment where our leadership team can thrive. Key responsibilities are:
• Handle calendar management, including scheduling of internal/external appointments across time zones and arranging all required logistics (rooms, video conferences, catering, accommodation etc)
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, process expense reports and other administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Efficiently manage incoming correspondence, including emails, ensuring timely responses and actions
• Coordinate C&S Management Team Meetings, prepare agenda, track action points and write meeting minutes
• Collaborate closely with executive assistants across departments to ensure seamless operations.
This role is opened as a temporary contract for 9 months.

About you
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience (executive assistant support), ideally with exposure to senior management.
• Demonstrated self-starter with a knack for organization and execution, coupled with self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are skilled in successfully interacting with all levels of senior management, able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Excellent command of English and German, any other relevant language a plus
Additional asset:
Professional experience in an insurance company, a multinational financial organization or international consultancy is preferred
