About the Role

As the IP & Customer Claims Coordinator, you'll spearhead the coordination of crucial aspects of the claims value proposition for our strategically significant Relationship Customers. Your primary focus will be on enhancing processes, leveraging technology, and facilitating the execution of value-added services within the framework of our Claims Service Delivery Model.

Upon assuming this role, you'll collaborate closely with local claims teams, gaining invaluable insights into our regional and global claims offerings. Harnessing this knowledge, you'll contribute to delivering globally consistent and efficient claims services across various regions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take charge of creating and consistently delivering Customer Claims data (Managed Information - 'MI'), ensuring accurate extraction from our claim systems and seamless provision to internal stakeholders, customers, and brokers.
• Collaborate with the Claims Customer Relationship Manager ('Claims CRM') to participate in Customer Implementation Meetings, defining the format, structure, and frequency of all Customer MI requests.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the accuracy and quality assurance of the Customer MI end-to-end value chain, including exploring automation and incorporating unstructured data.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of tools such as the Global Loss Run Tool, the PULSE Portal, and the ADM (Stargate), aiming for automatic generation of Customer MI where feasible.
• Oversee the creation, distribution, and archival of dedicated Claims Handling Protocols for customers as needed.
• Identify customers suitable for pre and post-loss engagement activities, supporting local teams in delivering these services and overseeing their execution.
• Coordinate essential tasks in alignment with the Governance Framework with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of functions before binding any new IP deals.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Managed Information or Claims, preferably with International Programs exposure (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in digital tools, particularly the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with excellent data manipulation and systems proficiency.
• Fluency in business English (written and spoken); knowledge of another language is advantageous.
