About the Team 

Compliance Assurance is a global team which is responsible for the monitoring of Compliance Risks and leads the Investigation Coordination Process across the Swiss Re Group. The team is the primary liaison with Group Internal Audit (GIA), Operational Risk Management (ORM) and other governance functions and assists in coordination among risk and control functions and Compliance units in relation to Compliance Assurance activities.

About the Role 

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, highly detail oriented and motivated Compliance Associate to use their knowledge and skills to support the Assurance team with tasks involving the efficient use of data and technology.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Supporting the technical and operational elements of assurance activities, with a primary focus on investigations.
• Accurate and timely data entry;
• Collaborating closely within the Assurance team and across Compliance to respond to information requests;
• Supporting Compliance reporting tasks;
• Supporting the continuous improvement of Assurance processes, workflows, and tools.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required:

• University degree or equivalent;
• Understanding of different IT architectures, concepts, and solutions as well as upcoming technology trends;
• Ability to recognize and raise issues regarding data integrity and security;
• Very good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; and
• Experience with MS365 applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI and Excel
