About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive delivery across functions, further align strategy with operational execution and directly align deliveries with objectives for maximum impact on iptiQ success. You will take care of onboarding and improving collaboration across our organization. Expect a fast paced and high engagement environment at all levels in the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management of key strategic initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project delivery
• Support planning and execution of initiatives, monitor their progress and feedback to management team
• Leading and proactively steering partner onboarding and growth initiatives to achieve commercial outcomes such as insurance revenues, profitability, operational/technical stability, partner/customer satisfaction
• Managing internal/external dependencies with third-party providers, customers, and functions
• Acting as Scrum Master for productive, cross-functional collaboration in an international, culturally diverse environment
• Improving the overall delivery and reduce waste (lead times, effort, timeliness, quality)
• Contributing to the continuous evolution of the iptiQ delivery framework, practices, tools

Personality requirements and skills

About You 

• University Degree (Master's equivalent) in Business, Economics, Information Management, Computer Science or Engineering
• Have 5+ years' work experience working in the financial, insurance sector or in consulting
• Strong experience in project management of strategic projects/initiatives in a complex environment
• Profound understanding of the insurance industry across the value chain
• Clear and structured communication with senior business leaders and project teams
• Confident in dealing with ambiguity, pragmatic, able to work independently and balance multiple deliverables
• Digital literacy (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools)
• Proficient in English (Dutch would be an advantage)
