Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Analyst to fill a maternity leave vacancy and join our Operations & Transformation team within Digital & Tech Re. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the cross-team Strategic People Planning transformation project.

The candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations & Transformation to support our organization's operations and progress our organization's transformation.

The role will engage in global collaboration with the Digital & Tech Re Leadership Team, the Operations & Transformation team, and the wider Digital & Tech Re community.

Your Main Responsibilities:

The focus of your work will be supporting the strategic workforce management and strategic partner optimization within Digital & Tech Re. This will include but is not limited to, the following:
-Overall coordination of the implementation plan
-Facilitation of necessary approvals within the system
-Providing support for reporting requirements
-Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
-Other responsibilities will include working on a broad range of topics including transformation and change initiatives, operational initiatives across the division, and presentation support
-Support the conceptualization of events for the organization (leadership workshops, townhalls, social events, etc.)
-Develop relationships internally with cross-disciplinary technology, business, and finance teams
-Lead and/or support ad-hoc assignments, projects and initiatives as needed
-Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on tasks to successful conclusion


This position is a maternity cover valid until mid- 2026

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

-Demonstrated project management skills and experience in agile delivery.
-Ability to plan, measure and communicate progress to teams and leadership while finding the right balance of raising and resolving issues independently
-Excellent communication skills on all levels of the organization with ability to influence outcomes
