Job description, responsibilities and duties
As part of Risk Management InfoTech you will be working as InfoTech Business Analyst for the Swiss Re Institute Research, Engagement & Sustainability unit, closely collaborating with the team and partners across the organisation.
The main scope is the support of the "Executive Education" team and portfolio, which provides unique, applied risk and insurance education to insurers, corporates and governments.
In this role you would be responsible to:
-capture requirements coming from various business partners
-support continued improvement of the existing SaaS product portfolio and ensure high quality of testing results
-define new product business solutions including upcoming replacements of existing products and ensure accurate documentation
-participate, coordinate or lead projects and initiatives in an agile organisation setup and help to maintain, prioritise and update the product backlog with user stories
-support change and success management
-facilitate product demos & roadshows

-ability to build and maintain good working relationships with business partners
-excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
-worked in agile projects using agile collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
-enjoy teamwork with the ability to take responsibility, be self-reliant and business value-oriented
Nice to have
