Do you have a passion for detail and a can-do attitude? If you are service-oriented and able to master multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, you could be a great fit for our Group Communications Office team. The Group Communications Office is the central operations team of Group Communications. We support the Group Communications Leadership team with effective and efficient support.

About the role

You have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize requests to meet deadlines, paired with high attention to detail. You are a pragmatic communicator and proactive problem solver with good interpersonal skills. You focus on results with a can-do attitude, initiate opportunities to maximise efficiency and take up new tasks as required.

If you join us, you will be able to participate in a variety of initiatives. For example, you will:
• Manage and coordinate Outlook calendars of Communications Leadership Team members
• Book business trips and organize itineraries
• Manage expenses
• Support divisional or team-specific initiatives (e.g. monitoring of carbon usage across the Communications Community)
• Liaise with other assistants to coordinate schedules and administrative tasks
• Cover holiday for other assistants

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

•    Very high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
•    Very good comprehension of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
•    Experience in an administrative role or support function
•    Able to work independently, take ownership and multitask
•    Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
