About the Role

In this role your main priority will be bringing tangibility to some of the strategic issues. You will closely partner with Operational Excellence Leads and process owners along the value chain, to support them in identifying improvement areas.
This opportunity will be also a place for you to improve your strengths - we will listen to what you are already good at and what you enjoy doing, and we will give you opportunities to develop in this area.

Main tasks:

• Support analyzing, defining and documenting of business processes, using enterprise tools and methodology
• Complete process descriptions in the form of diagrams but also on the level of operational procedure and detailed user guidance
• Collect continuous improvement ideas and collaborate with stakeholders in implementing their solutions to support efficient and effective business operations
• Support driving and delivering smaller change initiatives, for example by translating processes into business requirements to enable process automation
• Actively work with and learn from Process Excellence Leads to ensure end-to-end processes embed well with other global processes and services

This role is based in Bratislava, but you would join a dynamic team spread across the globe. About You

You are a quick learner, have a high tolerance of ambiguity and can quickly assimilate to new knowledge. You are detail oriented and able to develop a topic from a vague starting point to a structured problem statement. You have outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to comfortably engage with people from different cultures, time zones and seniority levels.

In other words, you:

• Have 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Have outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Are digitally literate – strong MS Office user, especially of Excel and PowerPoint
• Are able to and enjoy working independently as well as a part of the team

Additional assets:

• Insurance or Banking background, ideally B2B or Credit & Surety business
• Management Consulting experience
• Agile, Lean and/or Six Sigma certification
