Would you like to step forward in your career, act as a Lead of Treaty Business Coordination team and ensure high quality and timely business support of your team for Client Underwriters and Underwriters and other partners? If yes, this role might be a match for you!
About the team
We are a dynamic, multinational, and highly engaged team of 60 Underwriting Coordinators with multilingual skills. We anticipate and manage a wide variety of risks, from natural catastrophes and climate change, but also risks related to health. Combining experience with creative thinking and innovative expertise, we create new opportunities and solutions for our clients.
You will have the opportunity to learn more thoroughly about the specific Client markets and also leading a team of 8-13 people.
About the role
The new Team Leader in Treaty P&C section will mentor and develop the team members in accordance with the set of goals and objectives determined by the business coordination department.
Team Leader sets clear priorities, leads the team and improves the teamwork and collaboration within Business Services (in Bratislava and in other locations) and with other functions within Bratislava.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyse and improve the performance of the team/individuals according to critical metrics
• Ensure effective resource allocation and represent Business Coordination Treaty in Bratislava towards other functions.
• Goal setting and performance reviews, approves time sheet and vacations, provides guidance and leadership to the team and handles various other managerial topics as required.
• Enhance stakeholder management.

• Working experience within reinsurance/insurance environment.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation
• Strong influencing and analytical problem solving skills
• Language skills: very good command of English, second language is an advantage
• Experience with leading team(s)
