About the Opportunity

• Spark Asset Management & Finance - a Bratislava based internship focusing on developing emerging talents across the Asset Management and Finance industry.

• This unique experience offers 12 university students the opportunity to participate in an exclusive 2 semester (up to 20 hours a week) internship program covering the Asset Management & Finance fields.

• Come join our teams and gain hands-on Asset Management & Finance experience. In addition, in this internship you will be able to participate on multiple sessions and trainings led by our leaders across various departments both directly and indirectly touching the Asset Management and Finance operations.

• To conclude the programme, each intern will have the opportunity to contend for a final, permanent role within our organization. Career opportunities and other prizes will be awarded to top performers.

• University student from 3rd to 5th year of studies as of September 2024, having a basic understanding and interest in the field of Finance or Asset Management
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Analytical and critical thinking - the ability to work with complex information and interpret outcomes with focus on details
• Mindset -, proactive, collaborative
• Attitude - Professional demeanour (patient, well-mannered, respecting knowledge carriers)
• Creative, self-driven, flexible, and open for new tasks/challenges
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong teammate
